We’re looking for a Planner / Strategist!

ABOUT TBWA 

TBWA is a creative collective – we create disruptive ideas that locate and involve brands in culture, giving them a larger share of the future. To support our continued growth in the Nordics, we are looking for a Planner / Strategist to join our team in Stockholm. 

As our newest brain, you will become the fifth member of our Swedish strategy department, and an integral part of the wider Nordic team connecting with colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland.

Swedish clients include Audi, ICA Banken, K-Rauta, Matsmart, Scania, Spendrups, Sportamore, and UNICEF. Internationally, that roster includes adidas, Apple, Gatorade, Henkel, Hilton Hotels, and Singapore Airlines to name just a few. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Planners and strategists act as spark-plugs for our creative engine. With responsibility for a portfolio of brands, you will be expected to proactively follow popular culture and trends, ask smart questions, and to form narratives from your research that develop into concepts, platforms and campaigns that succeed. You will help clients and colleagues by extracting useful data from a variety of sources, distilling observations and insights, and finding the words to formulate strategies that become enthralling presentations (…so Keynote skills are a must).

ABOUT YOU

You have a couple years experience working as a planner or strategist in a creative agency or marketing department. In addition to having a good practical understanding of brands and the complexities they face, we believe you have a relevant academic background to match. You should be ambitious and curious - you want to do great work, but also to make work great for those around you. You are open, social and work well either by yourself or in a team of different competencies. We are especially looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds, personalities and experiences.
